Nilam Protech Sdn. Bhd. has been appointed as Distributor for Solidsvac Solid Pumping System, covering for Southeast Asia region. Solidsvac is a compact and versatile mobile solids vacuum-loading pump.
It is capable of capturing various types of flowable materials such as heavy sludge, oil-base mud (OBM), drill cuttings, sewage, sand, iron oxide, and other solid waste materials. With no internal part, Solidsvac is a low-maintenance pump that will save total cost and time. The pump can vertically pump up more than 15 meters height and deliver more than 1 kilometer horizontally to the discharge area.
Solidsvac is ATEX zone 2 rated and 100% air operated. The pump comes in a few sizes to suit the client’s needs and requirements. Solidsvac pumps are durable and capable of handling heavy sludge compared to conventional methods.

NPSB has emerged in the Tank Cleaning business since 2016 and eventually became one of our core services. We started with supplying personnel and tools to carry out the works until we are capable to cater the full scope of tank cleaning. Today, we are proud to have our team and owned assets to execute tank cleaning work including demucking, desludging, and desanding.
NPSB has owned 3 Units SV20 and 2 Units SV70 on our fleets. The Solidsvac Solids Pumping System can pump out varieties of solids waste compared to other conventional methods. The system has been tested and proven at FPSO Kikeh and FSU Muar in carrying out heavy sludge pumping with a vertical height of more than 17 meters.
