 It is capable of capturing various types of flowable materials such as heavy sludge, oil-base mud (OBM), drill cuttings, sewage, sand, iron oxide, and other solid waste materials. 

With no internal part, Solidsvac is a low-maintenance pump that will save total cost and time. The pump can vertically pump up more than 15 meters height and deliver more than 1 kilometer horizontally to the discharge area.

 Solidsvac is ATEX zone 2 rated and 100% air operated. The pump comes in a few sizes to suit the client’s needs and requirements. Solidsvac pumps are durable and capable of handling heavy sludge compared to conventional methods.

Composite Wrapping System

Composite Wrapping is a permanent corrosion prevention system
and provides the solution for pipework integrity and structural strengthening.
The wrapping system innovations offer a constant dispersive adhesion mechanism
with minimum surface preparation. The technology has no hazardous materials and
is environmentally friendly, conforming to the industry standard of safety, environment,
and sustainability.

The product proposal will be based on client requirements
such as operating temperature, operating pressure, installation
condition/environment, and type of defect. The system usually is a wet layup
system applied in-situ at site.

Passive Fire Protection System (PFP)

NPSB is a certified and competent partner, providing consultancy and installation services of Passive Fire Protection (PFP) systems. We supply and install cementitious, intumescent, and jacketing types of fireproofing.

Our personnel are proficient in carry-out an integrity survey of the existing PFP, recommending a solution for maintenance repair works for the found defects. Material Take off and calculating thickness loading will be provided based on the certificate approved by third-party companies such as DNV, Bureau Veritas, and Lloyds.

Thermal Spray Coating (TSA)

Thermal spraying techniques are coating processes in which melted (or heated) materials are sprayed onto a surface. The “feedstock” (coating precursor) is heated by electrical (plasma or
arc) or chemical means (combustion flame).

Coating materials available for thermal spraying include metals, alloys, ceramics, plastics, and composites. They are fed in powder or wire form, heated to a molten or semi-molten state, and accelerated towards substrates in the form of micrometer-size particles. Combustion or electrical arc discharge is usually used as the source of energy for thermal spraying. The resulting coatings are made by the accumulation of numerous sprayed particles. The surface may not heat up significantly, allowing the coating of flammable substances

 
TSA coating has become an efficient/durable solution for long-term corrosion control and protection of steel structures. TSA is found to be a cost-effective solution compared to other systems when reviewed over the lifetime of the facility
