NPSB is a certified and competent partner, providing consultancy and installation services of Passive Fire Protection (PFP) systems. We supply and install cementitious, intumescent, and jacketing types of fireproofing.
Our personnel are proficient in carry-out an integrity survey of the existing PFP, recommending a solution for maintenance repair works for the found defects. Material Take off and calculating thickness loading will be provided based on the certificate approved by third-party companies such as DNV, Bureau Veritas, and Lloyds.
With experienced and certified installers by the coating manufacturers, we are able to give the best quality and assurance for installation and services either by spray or manual application work.

Thermal Spray Coating (TSA)
Thermal spraying techniques are coating processes in which melted (or heated) materials are sprayed onto a surface. The “feedstock” (coating precursor) is heated by electrical (plasma or arc) or chemical means (combustion flame).
Coating materials available for thermal spraying include metals, alloys, ceramics, plastics, and composites. They are fed in powder or wire form, heated to a molten or semi-molten state, and accelerated towards substrates in the form of micrometer-size particles. Combustion or electrical arc discharge is usually used as the source of energy for thermal spraying. The resulting coatings are made by the accumulation of numerous sprayed particles. The surface may not heat up significantly, allowing the coating of flammable substances.
